Our standard invoice terms - All invoices are due immediately upon completion of work. If payment is not onsite; credit card must be on file and will be processed at completion time. Free estimates are only on complete replacements. Repairs require diagnostics and will be charged at our hourly rate. Payment is required at completion time and any estimate will be prepared and emailed to you. Sales tax exempt? You will be required to provide us with a copy of your State of Florida Exemption Certificate prior to arrival on any service call. Deposits are required on all estimates and parts orders(unless we are onsite and have parts in hand). NET 10 Terms are available after completion of payment in full of your first invoice. These terms are only for clients that spend more than $1500.00 or more per month on average. You must complete our credit application and provide a credit card as a backup payment. The credit card will be processed for payment of any outstanding invoice; if the invoice becomes past due.
